I recently completed my 203K loan process with Brent Kluge and wanted to personally thank him for all of his hard work and follow through on my behalf. Having Brent handle our 203k rehab brought a level of reassurance to the process that I can't imagine could be found elsewhere. He personally came out to the property before we placed our bid and did an informal overview of what he felt the rehab would involve. His estimate was right in line with what the 203k inspector determined. After our bid was accepted Brent helped us navigate the sea of contractors and let us know when someone was trying to push us into something we didn't need done or was simply overcharging us. In this regard he helped us stay on budget and literally saved us thousands of dollars. The peace of mind that came from knowing we had a truly knowledgeable expert in our corner was also fantastic.
